What if my shipment arrives damaged?
We make every effort to ensure that your order is packed in such a way that it arrives safely at your door. However, occasionally a shipment can be damaged in transit.
When you receive your shipment, you should carefully note the condition of the box or other shipping container(s). If damage is apparent you should refuse the delivery. If damage is found after you accept the delivery and open the package, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
You should also report the issue to us, and we will get in touch to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.

Frozen pie baking instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place pie in oven for 45-60 Minutes or until crust is an even golden brown.
Individual pot pie reheating instructions
Best when pie is allowed to thaw under Refrigeration for up to 48 Hours-preheat oven to 350 Degrees, remove pie from tin and place top down on plate. Microwave on high for 2:30. replace in tin and put in oven with foil tent for 15-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165 degrees.

Best when allowed to thaw for up to 48 hours under refrigeration. preheat oven to 350 degrees, place pie in oven tented with foil for 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature is a minimum for 165 degrees.
